Terms of Service
The rules and expectations for using SellRadar — what you can do, what we'll do, and what neither of us should do.
These terms govern your use of SellRadar ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you disagree with anything here, do not use the service.
We have written these in plain language. If something is unclear, email us at support@sellradar.ai.
What SellRadar is
SellRadar is a keyword analysis tool. You submit a keyword, we analyze the current Google search results for it, and we give you a verdict on whether the keyword is worth targeting. The analysis includes an opportunity score, a SERP breakdown showing competitor weaknesses, and — on paid plans — a written explanation with content recommendations.
Results are informational. They reflect our best analysis of a keyword at a given moment. They are not a guarantee of any search ranking outcome. SEO involves many factors outside our control or visibility.
Account terms
- →You must be at least 18 years old to use SellRadar.
- →You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- →One person, one account. You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of multiple organizations under a single subscription.
- →You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- →If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Acceptable use
You may use SellRadar for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- ✕Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the service beyond normal interactive use.
- ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service or its outputs.
- ✕Share your account credentials or sell access to your subscription.
- ✕Use the service to spam, harass, or harm others.
- ✕Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quota limits, or other technical controls.
- ✕Use the service in a way that puts unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Billing and subscriptions
Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused analyses. If you are unhappy with the service and want to discuss a refund, email us at support@sellradar.ai and we will do our best to be reasonable.
Plan limits
Monthly analysis quotas reset 30 days from your signup date. Unused analyses do not roll over. Cached keywords (previously analyzed by you or another user) do not count against your quota on paid plans.
Service availability
We work hard to keep SellRadar running reliably, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or SLA. The service depends on third-party data providers (Google SERP data, AI generation) that occasionally experience outages beyond our control. We will communicate significant disruptions via our website and, where possible, by email.
Intellectual property
SellRadar — the software, algorithms, UI, and branding — belongs to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or build competing products from it.
Your data belongs to you. The keywords you analyze, your account information, and your analysis history are yours. We use them only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
SellRadar analysis results are informational only. We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will result in any specific search ranking, traffic increase, or business outcome. SEO is inherently unpredictable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost rankings, or business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can close your account and stop using the service at any time. Just cancel your subscription and email us if you want your data deleted.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms — particularly around abuse, scraping, or sharing credentials. We will give you notice and a chance to respond except in cases of severe or repeated violations. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. By using SellRadar, you agree to how we collect and use your data as described there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, cancel your subscription before the effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action. We are a small team and would genuinely rather just sort things out with you.
